Organisational Resource Management

• Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
• Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
• Appraise, evaluate, and inventory real property and equipment, recording information such as the property's description, value, and location.
• Check on the inventory of donation-in-kinds.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with outsourced vendors to ensure timely and accurate financial records for Board presentations.
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure the Statutory Accounts are presented in a true and fair view.
• Liaise with bankers.

Others

• Any other related duties in New Hope CS as assigned by Reporting Officer.

Accountability

• Reports to Director of Finance and Corporate Services

Education and Experience

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in similar sectors.

JOB DUTIES

1. Manage all correspondence and provide administrative support to the department
2. Prepare and organise documents for meetings and presentations
3. Assist with managing contracts and tenancy agreements
4. Follow up with contractors and vendors to ensure adherence to agreements and prompt resolution of any issues
5. Assist with the preparation and evaluation of tenders
6. Stay informed on industry trends, best practices related to contract and tenancy management, and recommend appropriate improvements
7. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Operations & Facilities Manager

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
