General Summary:

The ESCC Assistant Supervisor/Assistant Centre Manager will undertake daily responsibilities associated with planning, operations, implementation, management, and administrative support. 4. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation, including students records, progress notes, program evaluation, fees collection, subsidy application, compliance with governmental rules and regulations.
• Prepare required reports and documentation for management, government agencies and relevant stakeholders.

5. Management and Administrative Support

• Manage enquiries of new students.
• Manage team of teachers in community-based student care centre.
• Evaluate and provide feedback to the staff on classroom management skills.
• Coordinate annual staff appraisal, declaration of offenses, conflict of interest etc
• Manage all administrative operations of the centre (eg staff training, finance and claims of staff).

Responsibilities:

• Register/prepare samples and generate reports using the Laboratory Information Management System.
• Perform microbiological/chemistry testing of food, Chinese medicine, water and other.
• Prepare media/reagent for lab use.
• Perform quality control checks on media, work environment, and equipment.
• Operate robot for lab testing.
• Ensure that high quality standards are maintained at all times in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures and ISO17025.
• Maintain a clean and orderly lab environment.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
