The Role:
As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with GPs, dermatologists, and aesthetic specialists across Singapore. Your goal is to drive the sales of our aesthetic products by identifying opportunities, educating customers, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting GPs, Specialists and aesthetic clinics.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and in-clinic promotions to drive product awareness.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the aesthetic and dermatology market.
• Provide regular feedback and insights from the field to support product development and marketing efforts.

Who We Are Looking For:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the aesthetic, dermatology, or medical device industry.
• Grit & Resilience: You have a strong work ethic, a growth mindset, and can handle rejection with grace. You thrive in a competitive environment and are motivated by challenges.
• Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-Starter: You are proactive, able to work independently, and have a strong sense of ownership over your territory.
• Customer Focused: A commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Education: Diploma or degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
