The Administrative Assistant, Ministry Support provides administrative support to the assigned Ministerial staff in carrying out the operational responsibilities of the Church and reports to the Church Administrator. Ministry Support

Key Responsibilities

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist operation team to ensure the equipment under your charge (such as powerboats, dinghies, anchors, ropes and other sailing accessories) are operationally ready at all times through regular maintenance.
• To maintain boat/ equipment asset list storage.
• Assist in basic boat repair works.
• Assist in the launching and recovery of powerboats; refueling of petrol and engine oil for powerboats.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workplace, especially that of the boatyard and its surrounding facilities.
• Require to attend regular meetings with your supervisor and perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
• Assist in admin duties such as purchase requisition

Job Requirement

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Principal for all administrative details related to the center's day-to-day operations and provides customer care services to students and their parents during their stay with the school.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in picking up and answering any phone call on general enquiries
• Meet and greet parents/students/visitors
• Provide proper information about school fees and programs
• General clerical duties
• Purchase items from suppliers for capital expenditures, kitchen, stationary, events, etc
• Responsibility for proper storage of stationary and uniforms
• Support operational workflow

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in administrative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT savvy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
• Good knowledge of Government legislations (MOM, CPF and IRAS)
• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct new employee orientations and manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate and assist for project deployment.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
• Organize and maintain personnel files and ensure confidentiality.
• Timely renewal and cancellation of work permits for foreign workers.
• Carries out work permit applications, renewals and cancellations of foreign workers in a timely manner;
• Follows up with purchase or cancellation of workers’ bond guarantees;
• Any other HR functions as assigned

Requirements:-

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business or HR Management or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin to interact with Chinese speaking employees.
• Possess integrity, “Can Do” attitude with passion and a global mindset
• Able to work overtime as required.
• 5 days’ work in office.

Position: Food Stall Assistant

We are in search of a flexible and reliable Food Stall Assistant to manage a variety of tasks at our food stalls in Dairy Farm Mall. The ideal candidate should be comfortable multitasking, from food preparation and assist in cooking to serving customers. This role requires someone who can efficiently handle all aspects of food stall operations, ensuring the smooth running of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Take orders accurately and handle any customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Preparing and serving food to customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace and follow the SOP and hygiene and food safety standards
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system is a must.
• Assist in any other duties as required, including helping colleagues during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Basic cooking skills with experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple roles effectively.
• Need to commit 6 days’ work week (Rest Day on 1 weekday – Monday - Thursday)
• Working hours: 9.30am to 9.30pm
• The ideal candidate should possess strong excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
