JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Sales Admin to manage our purchase orders and invoices. In this role, the candidate will verify customer information, issue invoices, and reply order instructions.

As a Renewal Sales Representative, you are responsible for managing and closing assigned account renewal opportunities and business relationships in pursuit of an assigned revenue quota and on time renewal rates.

We will focus on optimizing revenue from our current install base, you will love to prospect customers, and cross-sell and up-sell products, services, and cloud opportunities. You embraced accountability for proactive calling, following up, managing, and closing your assigned accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage all maintenance and renewal processes spanning; maintenance/subscription renewals and related reporting, and customer database management.

2. Provide quotation and related documents to customers to renew their hardware/software maintenance/subscription without delay.

3. Review purchase orders from customers to get renewal processed.

4. Prepare contract entry/update and invoice renewals in the system.

5. Prepare renewal summary report to Sales Manager.

6. Prepare quarterly revenue forecast report to Sales Manager.

7. Keep accurate records of all renewals in the system.

8. Must meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements.

9. Maintain account team relationships and transfers leads as appropriate.

Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma in IT Sales/Admin/Engineer or Business Administration.

• Experience in Sales administration or a similar role preferred.

Summary:

• Equipment set up for various systems, installation, conduct testing & commissioning

• Follow up with clients in a timely manner

• Assist sales team with site survey & system design

• Provide support and manage project

• Perform troubleshooting & repair / replace faulty parts

• Provide onsite support to diagnose and rectify technical issue

• Ad hoc duties as required

Additional Information:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic or engineering field or equivalent working experience

• Able work independently and with other both indoor and outdoor locations

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

• Effective interpersonal skills for working in a team environment

• Able to work with deadlines and pressure

• Experience in cabling & installation and maintenance

• Good working attitude and self-motivated

Night shift ( 5 work day per week )

9pm – 6am

Responsibilities:

• Generate and grow business with existing clients and develop new business source by identifying market opportunities.

• Establish and maintain excellent relationship with existing and new customers. Working together with sales manager and team and work effectively as a team to meet performance targets.

• Regular reporting and updates on sales progress.

• Responsible for identifying market opportunities, learning about new products, supporting ongoing projects.

• Negotiating with the customers for the professional services rendered.

• Working together in a closely knitted sales team reporting to the sales manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and account management. Knowledge of Presales and Post sales will be an added advantage.
