• Min. 2 years of Sales / Business Development/ Account management experiences across freight forwarding industry.

• Experience in any vertical market and strong knowledge in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea) is preferred.

• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales target is a plus.

• Have relevant experiences on operation work in Air or Ocean operation department will be at advantage.

• Fast learner and passion in sales.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and good presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is complete. Coordinate with various departments, such as overseas productions and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfilment.

2. Update and maintain the sales database by entering new customer information, updating contact details, and recording interactions and sales activities. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.

3. Support filling sales related reports & date base and customer analytics.

4. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or in-person. Provide basic information about products, availability, and delivery schedules. Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues by coordinating with relevant sales staff and departments.

5. Occasionally join sales staff for meeting with prospective customers.

6. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, customizing sales presentations and proposals, and maintaining sales collateral. Assist with sales forecasting and budgeting.

7. Organize timely follow up with customers on previously quoted projects and their status and report back to sales staff and/ or management.

8. Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and conferences. Coordinate logistics, manage registrations, and provide on-site support when necessary.

9. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships in the market and identify new avenues for partnerships to grow the business.
• Work closely with management and relevant departments in establishing competitive renewal rates.
• Develop operations strategies and activities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials such as presentations, proposal kits, social media content.
• Track and analyse marketing campaign performance and report results.
• Work closely with management and provide feedback in workflow, improvements on product offerings, strategies, and market insights.
• Establish customer tracking records, contact potential customers, provide targeted and customized leasing solutions, negotiations, signing of contracts.
• Monitor the collection of deposits and payments, timely reminder of contract receivables.
• Work closely with the operations team to guide customers to settle in.

Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Prepare and process quotes, and other sales-related paperwork. (Airfreight /

Seafreight / Logistic / CBT).

• Preparing reports on a weekly/or monthly basis.

• Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo, Billing Issues, etc.) (Airfreight / Seafreight /

Logistic / CBT).

• Coordinate with internal teams such as outdoor sales, operation, finance, and

customer service.

• Work alongside with outdoor sales with generating new business and maintaining

existing customer relationships.

• Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team;
• Sound knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop and 3D Max;
• Proficiency in SketchUp and InDesign;
