• Play a key role in agent onboarding, providing new agents with a solid foundation in Hippo Prop’s tools, brand, and processes to ensure they are set up for sales success.

Marketing and Online Advertising

• Collaborate with marketing team for online advertising, social media, and content marketing initiatives to support agent recruitment, property listings, and client outreach, aiming to expand Hippo Prop's market presence.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales leadership role with a focus on managing and supporting real estate agents, or a comparable sales-driven team.
• Proven track record of creating and executing sales strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth, with a strong understanding of marketing’s role in supporting sales.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team toward high performance.
• Experience in agent recruitment and onboarding is preferred, though not required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform sales administrative duties including generating quotations, proposals
• Liaise with the internal department for smooth sample processing and timely delivery
