Clinical Competencies and Duties

Podiatrist Assistant will function alongside podiatrists to provide services to the patients. The Podiatrist Assistant can perform certain procedures under supervision.

• Assists podiatrists in day-to-day operations, inpatients, outpatients and in the community
• Assists podiatrists in clinic operations, manufacture, and modification of products for dispensation to patients
• Assist podiatrists in nail surgery procedures in outpatients.
• Assist in transfer of patients to treatment couch and escorting patients in and out of treatment room.

General Administrative Duties

• Assist podiatrists in patient appointment scheduling and re-scheduling.
• Maintain and ensure general tidiness and cleanliness of all treatment rooms and plaster rooms, as well as all equipment and devices.
• Manage enquiries from public and internal staff.
• Engage in relevant continuing education and training on regular basis to maintain his / her competency.
• Participate in corporate activities and events.
• Adhere to all policies of the department in upholding quality service in patient care.
• Participate in departmental process and quality improvement efforts (E.g.: kaizen projects, 5S etc)
• Support podiatrists in specific departmental portfolios (E.g.: equipment and instrument management, continuing education, 5S champion, Kaizen champions, JCI compliance etc).
• Work as an effective team player within the department and also outside the department.
• Embrace continuous improvements as our way of life by improving and refining work performance on a daily basis.
• Assist HOD in administrative duties when assigned.
• Undertake all duties when assigned

PRIVATE WEALTH MANAGEMENT (PWM) ASIA

Private Wealth Management (PWM) Asia provides highly customized financial advice, investment solutions and brokerage services to individuals, families and foundations with USD$35 million or more total net worth. Within PWM, Investment Representatives (IRs) are responsible for developing and managing relationships with Ultra High Net Worth and High Net Worth investors, and identify investment opportunities, evaluate and execute investment strategies. IRs manage their own brokerage and asset management businesses with the support of the firm’s sales, trading, research and advisory resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client needs (individual, family, business) and develop long term client relationships
- Keep updated with client profiles, investment objectives and risk appetite
- Advise and develop investment strategy that aims to meet clients’ objectives, needs as well as risk profiles
- Contribute to sales and marketing, prospecting and new product development initiatives
- Aspire to achieve individual performance objectives, from client book development, sales /financials, to upholding risk/compliance culture
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the local regulatory requirements of the investment advisory business and apply this knowledge appropriately
- Implement and improve the quantitative analysis processes in the generation of comprehensive investment ideas, trade execution, and advanced strategies for Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients in Asia especially Greater China, including individuals, family offices, etc.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics
- 3 – 5 years of experience in crafting and implementing business development and sales initiations, including consultative sales for a wide array of products in international private banks
- Solid understanding of investment products and strategy for UHNW clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills in English, Mandarin & Cantonese on native level

- Knowledgeable about HK & China market

- CFA (At least level 1) & CPWP

- HKSI & IIQE paper holder
