The executive is to be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, keeping an eye on inventory and replenishment, recognizing fast-selling items to less-demanding items, and improving sales by all possible means.

Requirements

This role will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth admission and discharge of clients.

Location: Tampines Care Home

Client & NOK Engagement Related Scope

• Attend team meetings to discuss and follow up on administrative care referrals for clients where necessary.
• Liaise with external organisations that provide services to meet clients’ and their families’ needs, and refer them to community support organisations if necessary.
• Assist Social Worker to follow up with clients and family members who requires financial assistance.

Administration / Operation

• Participate as part of the administration team to conduct client’s pre-admission, admission and discharge.
• Conduct intake assessment including basic financial counselling and service agreement.
• Establish and confirm source of social facts shown in the social background of all new clients.
• Support Medifund administration and applications in collaborations with Finance and Social Woker.
• Support and work closely with Finance to manage arrears.
• Provide day to day coordination roles and duties between NOKs and Centre.
• Maintain and upkeep administrative documentation of all clients including filing, tracking and updating where necessary.
• Maintain and upkeep Centre’s databases
• Manage and update data into relevant system such as IRMS, ILTC and NMTS.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager/Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant field
• Demonstrate initiatives to identify, plan, develop and implement resourcefulness to find solutions to missing gaps in work processes and mutually benefits stakeholders.

• Preparation of daily items withdrawal request from various department
• Load and unload of pallets from incoming truck to warehouse racking

The Sales & Advisory Business Execution Lead Analyst is senior member of the Asia South Investment Advisory Team. The role is a seasoned professional who applies in-depth knowledge to drive improvement of investments sales & advisory processes and work-flow. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the investment sales & advisory function and overall business. • Management of specific investment advisory artifacts with inputs from various internal partners
