Job scope:

• Provide expert interior design consultations and presentations to prospective clients
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and translate them into innovative and functional interior solutions
• Develop detailed design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualisations to bring clients' visions to life
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial client meetings to final installations
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Attend site visits and liaise with contractors to oversee the implementation of design plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, materials, and industry best practices

Assistant Manager

Location: Tuas

Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 (Asst Manager) + Attractive incentive scheme (up to $5,000 per quarter) + Fixed transport Allowance: S$600 (fixed) + Vehicle expenses reimbursement: S$500 (based on receipt / bill, ie: petrol / carpark / ERP) + HP reimbursement: S$200 (based on receipt / bill)

Requirements

Job scope

a) Perform sales functions as follows:

Identify potential customers with precious metal refining requirement from the following industry but not limited to, Oil and Gas / Chemical Industry / Aviation / Semiconductor/Pharmaceutical.

Prepare proposals and negotiate the best deal on behalf of the company through close follow-up with potential customers to obtain feedback on the status of quotations, competitors’ response, decision-maker’s intention and any other relevant information affecting the outcome of the proposal

Communicate with customers on metal pricing and transfer requirements

To monitor precious metal price updates and customer job status and work closely with relevant departments to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth operations within the company

b) Work with Customer Service to maintain Customer Database with inputs such as name, designation, company, address, telephone and facsimile numbers and e-mail address, etc

c) Assist Senior Manager to maintain/improve the Customer Care Program by monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing customer complaints, and responding appropriately to any changes in customer’s personnel, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategy

d) Support market intelligence by gathering information on customers, prospects, competitors, new entrants, price, market situation and trends in the various segments, influence groups & stakeholders, service offering and substitutes

• Prepare and process quotes, along with other sales-related documentation for airfreight, seafreight, logistics, and cross-border transport (CBT).
• Generate weekly and/or monthly reports.
• Troubleshoot issues such as damaged cargo, billing discrepancies, and other logistics concerns related to airfreight, seafreight, and CBT.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including outdoor sales, operations, finance, and customer service.
• Work closely with outdoor sales to generate new business and maintain existing customer relationships.
