SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

· Perform day to day order processing into the ERP system.

· Monitor status of orders and liaise with respective parties to ensure timely delivery.

· Attend to customer order, logistics and shipping enquiries. Engage and resolve logistical and shipping issue in a proactively and timely manner.

· Liaise with overseas and local vendors, freight forwarders and transporters with respect to any order processing and shipping related matters.

· Comparing and deal with quotes from freight forwarders.

· Preparing freight quotation and sales quotations to customers.

· Supporting in accounting functions and related tasks. Such as, generating daily invoices.

· Additional tasks assigned by the Senior Operations Manager

Requirements

· Minimum O, A Level Qualification or above.

· At least 1 year working experience in order processing/customer service/logistics.

· Proficient in MS Office, Sage 300 Cloud, SAP, or any related ERP system will be an advantage

Responsibility:

1. Develop a pipeline of new business by prospecting for new clients by networking, cold callings, researching, identifying, and meeting potential customers to grow, maintain, and leverage your network.

2. Hunter for new accounts.

3. Manage customers’ daily RFQs by processing quotes promptly and accurately.

4. Responsible for customer/supplier FCST demand and backlog management.

5. Develop new & potential business to strengthen the existing client base.

6. Proactively call assigned accounts to solicit new business and build strong relationships with all personnel with buying influence in the customers’ organization.

7. Working with appropriate internal departments, coordinating and resolving operational issues for assigned customers.

9. Formulate a yearly business plan, monthly forecasting, and market analysis to submit to management and Headquarters.

10.Keep abreast of competitor activities and market data.

CRITERIA

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

2. At least 1 year or above of sales experience in Semiconductor / Electronics components with the Asia Pacific will be an advantage.

3. Good knowledge and understanding of the Semiconductor/Electronics component market.

4. Possess a positive attitude, highly motivated, resourceful, and efficient.

5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast pace environment.

6. Fluent in Bilingual is preferable.

7. Proficient in MS Office applications.

8. Some overseas traveling may be required.
