• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a B2B environment, especially within the service and consulting industry

• Knowledge in HR solution system or HR function would be at advantage.

Main Responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities for renewal of the existing service plans (and maintenance) for standard and custom systems
• Be proactive in proposing service plans for newly installed standard and custom systems
• Position spare parts as part of the service offering
• Follow-up and keep track of quotes sent (close opportunities)
• Advise customers & Sales representative on the client’s Service Plans & Spare Parts offering
• Guide and support Sales through the different steps of the quotation process, if requested
• Identify new opportunities for a Service Plan (based on past installations)

1. Contact Sales Rep, discuss with them about an opportunity to sell a Service Plan.
2. Create draft quote with all attachments and share it with the Sales rep.
3. Check with Management (specific region), Field Sales Effectiveness (FSE) and coordination team if we have their agreement to assume such coverage.
4. Send the quote to the customer. If the customer already has a Service Plan for other systems, we can add the new system to the quote for the renewal of the existing Service Plan.
5. Follow up on the sent quote (close opportunity).

• Connect with FSE and identify systems that require multiple spare parts or critical spares in customer’s process, promote the client’s Spare Parts Advisory Service.
• Connect with relevant teams to ensure spare parts for custom systems are identified and queries from customer are addressed (feedback shared)
• Provide all relevant information (items numbers for service and spare parts, and documentation) when contacted by Sales reps.
• Create and Track Unite Tickets, and Cases with Kits Spares for spare parts not set up in the CRM (Salesforce)

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
• At least 1 year of proven inside sales experience in BioFarma industry
• Experience working with Salesforce.com (CRM) and MS Office package (Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

The Regional Sales Performance Enablement (SPE) Director is a business partner to the Group Head of Sales for APAC and the SAM APAC Leadership Team. The role supports and enables Sales & Account Management (SAM) in APAC by providing data insights to drive growth and manage risks, and ensuring that sales tools and processes are optimized.

Role summary:

The role is a key part of the SAM APAC Leadership Team, providing structure and consistency to the operating rhythm and ensuring the leadership team is well positioned to achieved against strategic plans and objectives. This entails direct management of the Regionally Managed Accounts Enablement Manager, as well as taking a wider view of how we enable Account Management, Sales, Customer Success and other roles across the region.

You will lead the business by bringing data driven insights which deliver growth and anticipate risks across the entire APAC business. Through partnership with relevant functions, you will encourage adoption of enablement tools, processes and standard methodologies, and identify areas for improvement.

What you'll be doing:

Business Management:

• Ensure APAC operating rhythm is coordinated and driving value, including account plan reviews, regional leadership meetings and preparation for global reviews
• Build effective communication plans for APAC
• Bringing SPE APAC based business partners together to align support we give to the APAC LT

Business Partnering

• Support APAC leadership to run the business as a strategic advisor

Improving Productivity

• Optimize and embed RACI model

What you'll bring:

• The successful candidate will have the ability to lead through influence, run and land change, coordinate cadences, manage action plans, and derive insight from dashboards and analytics
• Strong collaboration skills as we partner across a wide range of functions and seniorities
• Advantageous to have a background in Sales Enablement or a frontline Sales and Account Management role, and knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce

Responsibilities:

• To liaise with our clients in assisting and attending to their orders, request, enquires and account serving.
• Maintain and develop good relationship with existing customers through regular contact.
