Job Description

• Timely and accurate preparation of sales quotation and sales order.
• Ensure data accuracy in customer’s information, records, orders, and invoices.
• Follow up promptly with internal and external customers to provide accurate and timely information, alternatives, and solutions to resolve issues.
• Liaise with internal departments to provide excellent post sales services (delivery and installation) to customers.
• Communicate important feedback from customers with internal teams to improve service excellence.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ level/Nitec equivalent
• 2 years relevant working experience
• MS office applications
• Team player, positive attitude and willing to learn
• Good command of language (English - Spoken & written)
• Able to work 5.5 days a week

1. Carry out the sales & marketing activities for new & existing products which includes a range of dental, skincare & health products
2. Ensure the achievement of prescribed sales target
3. Assist in evaluating new & existing products through the gathering of market information
4. Manage, service, and expand existing customer base. Acquire new accounts (Clinics & Retails)
5. Tracking sales statistics, inventory control & replenishment of stocks

Job Responsibility:

• Demonstrate and provide information on Company products
• Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
• Promote Company products to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of display counter and products
• Stock take
• Replenish stock
• Set up for promotional events

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field for this position
• Must be proficient in Mandarin (to communicate and effectively promote our products)
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
