• Plan, design and execute engagement strategies to improve the employee experience and work culture and understanding needs of our people
• Develop initiatives that deliver a more positive employee experience
• Coordinates with vendors and/or managers to organize regular team building activities

• Lead employee recognition initiatives
• Any other task/initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Preferably 2 years of experience in HR, in the area of Talent Management or Employee Engagement
• Strong analytical ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven track record in stakeholder management
• Able to work effectively independently and in teams

Patient Support:

• Respond to calls and assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information about clinic services, operating hours, and locations.
• Address patient inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate departments as needed
• Other Adhoc duties from direct supervisors

Working Hours: 5.25 Days (Alt Saturdays), Office Hours
