Responsibilities:
Generate sales leads,
Be the first point of contact for prospects and customers
Identify customer needs and AV equipment rental solutions
Build and maintain customer relationships
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Report on all sales leads and status
Provide accurate and complete information by using data entry, reporting, and follow up procedures
Handle all customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up within timely manner
Keep records of all customer interactions, process customer information into database, and document process in electronic files in accordance with company policies
Qualify and present ideas to the right customer at the right moment
Prepare quotes and estimates for customers
Experience:
1-3 years of previous successful experience in a similar role (preferred)
Knowledge of AV equipment
Exceptional communication skills
