The incumbent will also work closely with other EOS Researchers on their projects, laboratory work, and field work.

Job Description

• Ensure that the store is clean, organised and properly stocked at all times
• Receive and process incoming inventory, including unpacking boxes, labelling products and stocking shelves
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels
• Conduct cycle count and stocks takes
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management

Requirements

• Relevant Experience
• Physically fit and strong to handle movements of heavy loads and carton boxes
• Organised and self-motivated
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Allowances provided
• Able to work on weekends and PH on shift hours.

• Manage incoming phone calls, greet visitors, receive and process mail and documents, and oversee courier services.
• Review prices, book flights and accommodation for staff travel.

Requirements:

• GCE N level and above
• At least 1 year of office administrative experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
