• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Possess 2 years of experience & familiar with commercial documentation. Those who have worked in Marine or Oil & Gas industries will be an advantage

• Provides distributors and dealers in every area with a clear direction and focus to meet their sales and profit targets.
• Gives distributors and dealers technical assistance and marketing support.
• Evaluates sales and market data to give senior management pertinent information for decision-making
• Helps customer service follow up with clients regarding payment concerns

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in engineering and at least four to six years of experience in sales related to the production of electricity or a similar industry
• Expertise in the production of electricity
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong sense of self-motivation and pursuit of excellence
• Capable of working both individually and as a team
• Customer-centric, devoted, and creative

Information:

1. Salary range: $3,600 - $3,800
2. Working hours: Mon-Fri (9am to 6:10pm)

Responsibilities:

• Attend customer inquiries & take order and ensure are processed accurately.
• Maintain databse and ensure data and information are updated.
• Issuing invoices, verify invoices by tally the data in the system.
• Analyze data for month-end reports and present information to management.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the sales & marketing team.
• Manage purchase orders and invoices, ensuring timely processing and payment.
• Manage customer complaints, coordinating with departments on resolution.
• Assist execution of marketing activities including promotions, events, and product launches
• Liaise with agencies/distributors for planning and production plan
• Track and report on marketing activities and their trends

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing/Business with communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office softwares
