Under the direction of the Executive Housekeeper or any other authorized by the management, and within the limits of Mondrian Singapore Duxton policies and procedures, to oversee and direct all aspects of Housekeeping operations.

Responsible for supervision and co-ordination of your department, health and safety of staff and guests and for ensuring that all staff and guest issues are dealt with in an effective and timely manner. To act in the hotel’s interest and as your direct manager’s representative in their absence.

How your day looks like?

• Liaise with Linen Supervisor concerning the supply and cleanliness of linen, uniforms, guest laundry and dry cleaning. Supervise and assist with linen and uniform stock takes and purchasing.
• Oversee the implementation of deep cleaning programmers.
• Assist in the control and analyzing on an ongoing basis, departmental and energy costs, to ensure performance against budget particularly if sales are below expectation.

• Implement and control Housekeeping policies and procedures, including lost and found, key control, security and emergency procedures, health and safety for all employees and guests.
• Handle requests and complaints with immediate action and through follow up and refer when necessary.
• Carries out any other reasonable request made by hotel management.
• Establish and maintain a prominent level of visibility and involvement within the hotel.
• Perform any related duties and special projects as designed.
• Assist fellow employees to perform similar or related jobs as and when necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, materials and equipment, reporting any defects immediately to the relevant department.

Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Implementing new sales plans
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.

Sales Manager Requirements and skills

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)

Marketing Assistant Manager Job Description

Our company is looking to hire a marketing assistant who will be working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. • Assist in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles to parents
• Coordinate & arrange 1st tuition lesson between client and tutors
• Assist with day-to-day Admin and Operations of company
• 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend OR 3 Weekdays, 2 Weekends, 9.00AM to 6.30PM
• Able to commit for minimum 1 year
• $2,300 - $3,000/Month & Monthly Bonuses ($200 - $700/Month)
