Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Development team in preparing and executing administrative and logistical tasks for sponsorship and fundraising pitches, e.g., preparing proposal decks.
• Assist the Ticketing and Development teams to fulfil ticket allocations for individual and corporate donors.
• Research and solicit new corporations, government agencies, foundations and other bodies that could potentially provide grants or donate to Pangdemonium.
• Work closely with the Development team to assist with the annual fundraiser (including but not limited to the preparation of collaterals and maintaining of the donor database, sending out reminders to donors, liaising with vendors to ensure timely delivery of items).

As a Building Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring the optimal functioning and maintenance of assigned properties. 1. Contractor and Service Provider Management
