The candidate is required to understand the features and benefits of all motor vehicles that are available for purchase and be able to communicate this information effectively to customers.

To be successful in this role, you should be up-to-date with all the latest developments within the motor vehicle industry and have a passion for sales. You must be able to identify the needs of a customer, recognize their buying signals and close the deal in a professional manner.

The Services required are set out as follows: 

Prepare Science teaching & learning resources based on:

1. Workbook requirements

2. Teaching needs e.g. pull out plant model display when the P3s are learning about plants to be showcased in the lab 

Maintain cleanliness of the two labs and the equipment

Arrange for feeding of the fish in the aquaponics system (both indoor and outdoor), pond at eco-garden 

Stock-take of equipment at least twice a year 

Assist in the inventory taking when the external audit asset team comes by 

Assist teachers in the lab during lab sessions if required 

Assist teachers in innovative learning lab for Science-related activities whenever possible including setting up of projector to play video in canteen during recess time 

Assist teachers in preparation of activities for Environmental and Science club 

Look into the display and loaning of Science books to the students on an ad-hoc basis, either in lab or in the canteen 

Help to assist in recess activities during Science department events such as integrated learning week  Help to assist during Science practical test days, will be required to work longer on some days in Term 2 to prepare and to assist during the days. (Up till 2:30pm, 2 – 3 days prior and after the practical test days)

Job Title: Company Driver / Administrative Assistant (Class 3 License Required)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced company driver (advantage with highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant) with a valid Class 3 Driver’s License to join our dynamic team. This role combines minor administrative tasks with driving duties, providing a variety of responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.

- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

- Handle office supply inventory and ensure office equipment is properly maintained.

- Coordinate and support office logistics, including deliveries and errands, using company vehicles.

- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, and data entry etcs.

Job scope:

• Perform hands-on prober maintenance including probe card reshaping and pin replacement.
• Execute vertical repair processes,including lapping, washing, baking and other procedures to ensure product reliability and performance.
• Coordinate with overseas headquarter for troubleshooting, process updates and technical guidance on new procedures.
• Ensure seamless communication between local teams and international counterparts for consistent repair quality.
• Collaborate with planners to ensure repairs and maintenance align with production schedules.
• Manage repair timelines to minimize downtime and meet internal deadlines.
• Prepare regular reports and update trackers for the internal team to monitor progress, issues and resolutions.
• Maintan accurate documentation of repair processes and outcomes for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support to other sites if necessary.

Requirements:

• Possess minimum a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in semiconductor industry
• Candidates with no experience but relevant qualification can apply
