Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Key Responsibilities:

Preventive Maintenance Management:

• Schedule and coordinate Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) for various systems.
• Coordinate and oversee ad hoc repairs as needed.

Vendor Management:

• Support client to review vendors performance and address issues.
• Ensure vendor compliance with company policies and procedures.

Landlord Coordination:

• Liaise with landlords regarding building services such as Annual Shutdown.
• Ensure effective communication between the company and property management.

Admin and Reporting:

• Prepare and submit utilities reports.
• Compile and submit various FM-related reports as required.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Assist to raise Purchase Order and process invoices when required.

Helpdesk Management:

• Oversee the facilities helpdesk operations.
• Ensure timely response and resolution to facility-related inquiries and issues.
• Prioritize and assign tasks to appropriate team members or vendors.

Meeting Room and Event Support:

• Coordinate meeting room and event setup services.
• Ensure rooms are properly equipped and prepared for various functions.

Pantry Management:

• Oversee pantry operations and maintenance.
• Ensure pantry areas are well-stocked, clean, and functional.

Mailroom Operations:

• Support mail sending and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
• Oversee and maintain mailroom consumables inventory.

We’re looking for a Junior Designer and Marketing & Sales Support to join our team! In this role, you’ll create visually appealing designs that align with our brand’s identity and support both the sales and marketing teams.

You’ll be involved in designing marketing materials, social media content, and promotional materials while helping communicate the energy and excitement of our products to our audience. Your creativity, combined with your enthusiasm for motorcycles, will play a key role in connecting with customers and growing the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design digital assets, brochures, ads, and promotional materials to support marketing efforts
• Create engaging, on-brand content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and email campaigns, maintaining brand consistency
• Coordinate and schedule social media posts, ensuring timely publication according to the content calendar
• Design and update website elements, including mock-ups and UI components, in line with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the web development team to enhance and maintain the website's visual content
• Edit and refine marketing content (images, copy) to ensure high-quality, accurate messaging
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling presentations and product displays
• Provide design support for product showcases and presentations for internal or client meetings
• Stay updated with motorcycle industry trends to ensure designs are fresh, relevant, and resonate with the audience

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Canva, and other design tools
• Knowledge of basic UI/UX principles for web and digital design
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and the ability to create engaging content
• Experience using social media scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A creative thinker with attention to detail, always looking for new ways to improve and innovate
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and coming up with fresh ideas for the brand
• Passionate about motorcycles, with the ability to translate that passion into compelling designs and marketing content
