Summary

IT Project Coordinator will be part of EPCI project execution team for FPSO project. IT Project Coordinator is responsible for design, procurement, and installation of IT equipment onboard the FPSO which has many interfaces with the internal and external stakeholders and needs a strong project coordination skill. IT Project Coordinator also needs to support IT infrastructure setup of the project team for both main office and shipyards.

Responsibilities

• Develop IT Management Plan for the EPCI project execution.
• Detailed design of IT equipment onboard the FPSO.
• Purchase, installation and testing of designed IT equipment onboard the FPSO (including Field Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test).
• Develop necessary documentation as per the project requirements.
• Project office IT infra setup (i.e. MODEC Office, Client Offices, Ship Yard Offices and other Locations based on Project Execution Plan) which may include field work.
• Support setting up necessary IT cyber security requirements and monitoring for vendors, subcontractors and shipyards (based upon risk assessment).
• Coordinate with the related engineers and project team (e.g., Operational Technology, Telecom, Instrumentation & Control, project management team and Pre-Operations)
• Provide proper estimation (design, cost, and manning) for the project proposal.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT Project Coordination role
• Experience in EPC project execution in either marine or offshore oil & gas industry.
• Acquisition of basic IT best practices such as ITIL.

IB MYP Coordinator

Start Date – 1 August 2024

The MYP coordinator, together with the European Section leadership team, is responsible for the successful implementation of the MYP and, therefore, has a central function in the organisation of the programme. To this end, the MYP coordinator maintains collaborative contact with the GESS administration, Heads of subject and teachers, and other coordinators across IB world schools and the IB. Our School

Objectives:

The Sales Coordinator will be part of a business that is a market leader in the bearings industry. Reporting to the International Sales Department, you will be responsible for e-invoicing and all other activities to support sales generation within the respective Sales Business Unit.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support the sales function by managing a portfolio of existing and potential customers, processing and completing orders and delivery arrangements; and/or service recovery matters when necessary.
• Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale.
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
• Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
• Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
• Monitor, and upload tax invoices/credit/delivery notes and track the completeness of the tax invoices via the ERP system to the respective customers’ e-invoicing portals.
