• Identify and pursue growth opportunities for the organization, including expanding our partnerships and market presence.
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships with universities, service providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and approach potential sponsors to secure financial or in-kind support for our events and programs.
• Provide regular updates and reports to sponsors, demonstrating the impact and value of their sponsorship.

Student and Visa Support:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for students during their study abroad program.
• Coordinate pre-departure orientations, assisting students with visa applications, travel arrangements, and accommodation in Singapore
• Provide on-site support to students, addressing any issues, emergencies, or cultural adjustment challenges.
• Facilitate regular check-ins and organize social events to foster a sense of community among study abroad students.
• Liaise with local partners, universities, and service providers to ensure students' needs are met.
• Provide emergency support and assistance to students during critical situations.
• Maintain communication channels with students, ensuring their safety and well-being are prioritized.
• Actively engage with parents regarding the progress and updates of students under 18 and offer our courses/ services
• Help students with payment-related matters, ensuring a smooth financial process.
• Collaborate closely with our partners in Singapore to streamline operations.
• daily oversee the administrative aspects of the student visa application process and ensure the service team is working within timeline
• Review visa application documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with educational institutions and relevant authorities to address visa-related inquiries and issues to ensure ensure comprehensive submissions.
• Provide support in resolving any visa-related challenges or issues faced by students.
