About the Job
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting profitable sales growth for the underwater/subsea technologies portfolio in Southeast Asia, implementing global strategies, leading bid teams, representing the company, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, along with at least 3 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of mapping and scientific sonar technology.
• Highlight previous sales expertise and a deep understanding of commercial, research, and naval markets.
• Be prepared for extensive regional and international travel at short notice.

Responsibilities:

a) Attend to walk-in customers and provide a high standard of customer service

b) Ensure that individual and outlet targets are achieved

c) Ensure adherence of outlet staff to all company policies / procedures, such as punctuality etc

d) Works closely with fellow shop assistants and develop good cooperation and teamwork

e) Ensure proper grooming standards which are in line with company's image at all times

f) Upkeep shop and maintain display standards

g) Ensure storeroom is maintained clean and neat at all times in accordance with company's guidelines/ requirements

h) Ensure that merchandise & visual display is adhered to HQ direction
