• Liaise closely with site operations staff and Project Manager on all safety and health issue Any other duties assigned by the Project / Site Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant Safety Coordination Work experience in construction industry
• Candidate must possess relevant certificates (E.g:WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B/WSH Coordinator, safety coordinator refresher course cert)
• Additional certificates related to safety are preferable such as Lifting Supervisor Safety Course, WAH Supervisor Course, Occupational First Aid Course etc
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and at the same time be a team player

1. To meet site demands and requests.
2. To provide good services and entertain to site calls.
3. To ensure that the supply of goods is satisfactory to customer needs (eg. On schedule)
4. To coordinate with site personnel for the components requested.
5. Discussion/planning with our Sub-Contractors, for the subsequent delivery upon monitoring the site progress/status.
6. Updating on the delivery items to keep track and record for future stock-take if required.

We are looking for a resourceful and talented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive our commercial efforts as part of our next phase of growth in Singapore. This requires you to be a self-starter, successfully sell and up-sell our services and manage post-sales customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, develop and close sales opportunities through a combination of channels, including but not limited to referrals, network, cold calls, outreach

• Maintain good relationships and regular communications with clients - act as key customer liaison for internal departments

• Roll-out and participate in commercial activities

• Reporting and monitoring on performance of each account's requirements

• Proven track record in Sales

• Minimum 2 year experiences in related field

• Network and knowledge of local and regional potential targets as a plus

• You have an entrepreneurial way of thinking and a hands-on mentality

• Independent, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with excellent command in English
