Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales, account growth, plans and strategies in ASEAN
• Proactively creating new business opportunities with new and existing customers through corporate presentation.
• Provide first line technical support to distributors and customers of which providing technical or application knowledge and answering on technical questions to customers.
• Ensure customers' satisfaction and good customer relationships by ensuring the timely satisfaction of customers' needs and complaints in a professional manner.
• Execute market research and surveys, monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of chemical sales experience
• Able to travel to overseas to visit customers.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the planning, scheduling and carrying out of day-to-day clinical activities and procedures
• Coordinate recruitment, study screening, follow up visits and study treatment of patient research subjects
• Collect clinical data and patient-related data
• Perform in vivo confocal microscopy scanning and questionnaires
• Maintain Investigator Site File and update screening log and enrollment logs
• Serve as primary point of liaison and coordination between investigators, ancillary departments, research subjects, sponsoring organizations, and/or regulating bodies
• Ensure all clinical activities are carried out and complied in accordance with established research protocols and standards
• Must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

What you will need to have:

• Minimum Degree in Life Sciences/ Pharmacy/ bio-engineering and any other relevant disciplines or a Diploma in Nursing/ Life Sciences/ Pharmaceutical Science/ CT Mgmt or working experience as an (imaging) technician
• Entry level candidates welcome or at least 6 years relevant experience for diploma holders
• Team player and possess good interpersonal skills

Note: Eventual package offered will commensurate with qualifications and experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating and following up on IT projects implementation
• Responsible for coordinating IT related projects on technological analysis, solutions implementation, administration, and maintenance.
• Responsible for supporting ERP issues

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• Min 1 year of working experience in D365/AX/NAV support
• Regional travel as and when required
