We’re looking for someone who is responsible for attending to the control desk telephone, communication within Housekeeping and between Housekeeping and other departments as well as clerical services of the housekeeping department for both hotels.

• Co-ordinates all calls received in the Housekeeping department to ensure proper recording and follow-up.
• Communicate information received to Housekeeping employee.
• Transmit FCS requests via BPN and VServe.
• Assists all administrative duties in Housekeeping.
• Updates and prepares proper documents for filling.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance team for room maintenance issues with tracking sheet and follow-up on outstanding repair works.
• Maintaining records related to day-to-day operations of Housekeeping.
• Manage storage areas
• Maintain adequate stock levels
• Complete stock takes as required
• Coordinator training required for Housekeeping department.

Qualifications and Requirement:

1 year experience in administration and coordination. Skill of operating Opera PMS, BPN, PowerPoint Presentation, Data Analyst preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English

Responsibilities:

• Arrange daily shipments and coordinate with forwarders.
• Liaise with freight forwarders for shipping bookings and follow up on complete sets of shipping documents.
• Pre-advise complete sets of shipping documentation to internal and external customers.
• Handle shipments for various machine models, including arranging crating and forklift services.
• Manage all shipping activities and process shipping documents.
• Arrange fumigation for crates when required.
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, credit notes, packing lists, delivery orders, certificates of origin, etc.
• Package and dispatch spare parts to support customer needs as requested by the marketing team.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for ACMV systems throughout the project lifecycle.

· Generate detailed 3D models for ACMV systems, including ductwork, piping, and ventilation components, using software like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

· Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between ACMV systems and other building systems using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360.

Requirements:

· Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in ACMV or MEP fields.

· BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent).

· Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
