- Conduct administrative tasks such as scanning receipts and paperwork.
- Perform audits on receipts and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collect receipts from various outlets, process them promptly, and organize them systematically in a centralized drive.

- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system, overseeing its efficient operation and resolving any related issues promptly.
- Process claims efficiently, categorizing them based on claimant information.

HR Compliance and Schedule Management:

- Manage HR compliance matters.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of workers' schedules.
- Conduct audits on staff schedules to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare, generate, and follow up on Proforma Invoices, Contracts of Sales, Sales Order Confirmations, Quotations, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up with customers on product labels, ensuring label designs are approved before proceeding with printing.
• Consolidate and update Sales Forecasts and Sales Summaries.
• Assist the Business Support team in coordinating procurement activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers for the printing of product labels, leaflets, and other packaging materials.
• Communicate with regional offices regarding sales and marketing-related matters.

Database Management:

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related fields with at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within an MSP or IT services environment.
