• Handle project coordination and responsible for all works in designated projects.
• Responsible in overseeing the overall site progress to ensure the structural, architectural and MEP works of the project team and sub-contractors are in compliance to the defined standards and Safety regulations.

The M&E Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of all M&E works at site in a timely manner.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are as follows:

· Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule.

· Liaise with design consultants on the design intent.

· Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies.

· Check and prepare material samples with shop drawing submission.

· Assist in M&E coordination meeting.

· Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance.

· Assess, prepare and submit progress claims for project consultants & subcontractors.

· Coordinate and assist site superintendent on installation and maintenance of site temporary utilities services.
