The job scope of a Sales Consultant typically includes providing administrative support to the Sales departments. Some of the key responsibilities includes:

• Build rapport and communicate well with clients and answer all incoming queries (online, phone enquiries, etc)
• Assist to check and update orders into the system
• Plan and Create Sales quotations / confirmation orders in a timely fashion.
• Assist to update keying in of data in the ERP system
• Assist and ensure that all orders are prepared accurately to ensure 100% delivery success rate for all customers
• Administrative work to assist the team (Admin)
• Any other duties assigned by the Directors

Requirements:

• Min 2 year of experience.
• Good Command of MS Word & MS Outlook
• Strong, Good & Strategic Team Player yet able to work Independently
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Must be Meticulous & Always Accurate for all work done
• Quick-Thinking, Versatility to be able to Solve Problems
• Highly-Motivated & Experience in F&B Industry would be an advantage
• Ability to start ASAP would be an advantage

Obtaining new clients and maintaining existing customers

Effectively and efficiently fielding and qualifying interest from lead generation and digital canvassing Preparing sale quotations and arranging appointments (Online and offline appointments)

Maintaining and achieving customer satisfaction in pursuit of business targets

Creating win-win solutions for clients and establishing long-term partnerships

Sharing sales-related or market information internally and externally

Manage the day-to-day sales and partner relationships on a portfolio of domestic accounts

Maximize revenue with each partner via title sell-in, price-discounted promotions, content licensing agreement compliance and constant aligning of priorities

Monitor monthly remittance statement to ensure that all royalty payments are valid based on content licensing agreements

Create monthly sales pitch presentation and other pitch materials

Communicate internal sales updates to entire Global Sales & Distribution division via weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports

Generate post-mortem recaps, analyzing success of new release campaigns, catalog promotions and monthly stunts

Execute directives from team, department and divisional leads

Job Responsibilities:

1. Image Quality Control:

• Scrutinize and approve product images created by designers for various online marketplaces, ensuring they align with our brand identity and quality standards.
• Collaborate with designers to provide constructive feedback for image improvement and compliance with our specifications.

2. Vendor Management and Coordination:

• Source and research suitable lifestyle and product photoshoot and video vendors within the allocated budgets and timelines for various locations, including Singapore.
• Gain expertise in evaluating vendors' capabilities and suitability with our brand identity and quality standards and explore collaboration opportunities.
• Develop negotiation skills to acquire services within the company's budget while maintaining quality standards.
• Create comprehensive shot lists for required product images and furnish vendors with precise briefs containing our expectations and requirements for the visual content.

3. Digital Image File Management:

• Efficiently organize and manage digital image files to ensure quick and easy retrieval.
