Job Brief

We are looking to hire a Country Coordinator to assist the Senior Management Team in opening, building up, and operating an overseas office. The Country Coordinator will have to establish a formal presence of MyrLabs at the overseas locale, build relationships with key corporate partners, and coordinate activities by MyrLabs’ operations teams in-country.

The overseas office will be in Bali, Indonesia. The purpose of the office is to provide local support for MyrLabs’ projects in delivering hardware and software solutions. The workload is expected to start out light and ramp up slowly over the next 1-2 years. You are expected to spend at least 50% (183 days) of your time at the overseas office. You will be supported by MyrLabs staff who will fly in from Singapore on 1- or 2-week stints. Senior Recruitment Consultant

• Location: Woodlands
• Salary : $2500
• Working days: Monday - Friday (830am - 6pm)

Responsibilities:

• Assist to develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive sales achieve business objectives.
• Work closely with sales team and to follow through on execution of trade and in-store activities.
• Track and manage the brand marketing budget efficiently, including preparation of A&P Claims.
• Ensure timely execution of point-of-sale marketing materials, displays, and in-store promotions.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of branding campaigns and initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist in the management and delivery of the assigned brand’s profitability.
• Prepare monthly reports as required.
• Collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
• Other ad-hoc job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• With experience in brand activation within the consumer products industry is required, with prior experience in a trade marketing role often preferred.

Position: Sales Coordinator

Salary: $2,200-$2,700
Working Days: 5.5 days (After 3 mths probation alternate Sat)
Working Hours: 830am-530pm; 830am-12pm
Location: Jurong East

Responsibilities:

• Handling sales enquiries;
• Preparing quotations;
• Order processing;
• Coordinate with operations team;
• Support project team for project sales

Requirements:

• Experience in sales / administrative roles
• Basic computer / MS office literacy

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales operation
• Sales Order Processing: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing
• Professionally handle high volume of inquires and assist to provide effective solution for customers’ issues
• Provide excellent support and customer-service
• Connect with key customer contacts (external) as needed
• Coordinate projects and support lead manager
• Ensuring projects are worked according to agreed plan and kept on schedule
• Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Marketing
• Assist in preparation & submission of relevant reports and documents

Requirements

• Diploma in Business or related field
• Minimum 1-2 Year(s) of working experience
• Ready for dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong phone presence, interpersonal & customer service oriented
• Enjoying interacting and communicating with people, and maintain good rapport with our IT Business Partners
• Proficient in MS Office
• Working schedule of 9am-6.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)
