Your role as Sales Executive-Farmer is to be the key point of contact between OneO2Plants and its clients: nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, understanding client’s needs, providing solutions to meet those needs, and introducing new products.

You will work closely with the sales team, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.

You will play a crucial role maintaining long-term partnerships and maximizing revenue from current clients, for the company.

Responsibilities

1. Account & Client Relationship Management:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.

· Understand clients' needs, business objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.

· Provide consultation and proposals for indoor plants and landscape solutions.

· Managing existing client accounts.

· Act as the point of contact for clients and ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.

2. Sales Target Achievements:

· Focus on revenue retention and revenue growth to meet sales targets.

· Negotiate/close deals and handle customer feedback.

3. Collaboration and Coordination:

· Work closely with other departments such as operations, accounts, and CRS team.

· Ensure a coordinated approach to client management.

· Share insights and feedback from clients to improve products and services.

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

· Monitor and report on sales performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure van sales service levels, call frequencies, and market returns are kept at levels, which will help improve truck sales yields.
• Responsible for achieving the sales budget allocated to direct van sales operations.
• Keep track of daily van sales operations that are being run smoothly.
• Liaises closely with trade marketing and follow-through promotion activities ensuring van sales are properly carried out.
• Ensure prompt collection of AR.
• Widen distribution of company products to all General Retail outlets.
• Attends to new outlet openings and product complaints and makes regular visits to outlets.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of supervisory experience in managing van sales in FMCG or related fields.
• Must have own transport (Car) with Class 3 valid license.
