Responsibilities

• Prepare Daily Sales Report
• Input Sales order, issue delivery order, invoice and ensure data accuracy
• To provide proforma invoice to the sales coordinator for payment purposes.
• Preparation of shipping arrangements and schedule of delivery
• Regular updates and monitoring of inventory stock movements and price records in the system
• Input Purchase Orders and send to factories, ensuring data accuracy.
• Liaise with Logistics Department to ensure timely deliveries
• To prepare standard operating procedures for processes.
• Upkeep and maintain a proper filing system.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma related to Business or Logistics
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office especially Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Working experience in the same industry and/or experience in handling Letter of Credit is advantageous.

Our client is a reputable waste management and recycling company in Singapore, dedicated to providing sustainable solutions for waste disposal. You will involves supporting daily operational tasks while ensuring customer orders are managed and followed up efficiently. You will be working closely with the office team to create an excellent in-store shopping experience for customers. This includes assisting with styling customers in the latest pieces, managing inventory, handling restocks, and ensuring the store is always ready for customers. Your role also involves performing cashiering duties, maintaining the cleanliness of the store, and processing online order collections or after-sales services when needed. Additionally, you will lead and guide team members, providing them with training and support to ensure their success.
