Job Description:

• Handle sales enquirers.
• Able to communicate with client to understand their need and built rapport.
• Provide advice on space planning, design conceptualization, materials and colour scheme specification.
• Manage project costing, preparation of quotation accordance to customer needs.
• Site Coordination and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.
• Deliver the projects based on target time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience preference.
• Adobe Illustrator/ Adobe Photoshop/ Autocad/ Sketch Up.

Our client is a established company dealing with Water Filtration Systems for commerical (F&B, Hotels) and residential sectors.

We would like to look for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry and sales administrative assistant.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, including inventory, sales records, payment, and shipment details.
• Maintain and organize records of shipments, costs, and delivery schedules.
• Generate periodic reports for management.

Requirement:

- Minimum 1 year experience in Data Entry and/ Or sales admin work

- Meticulous, good in Excel

Working Location: Near Cityhall MRT

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm / Mondays to Fridays
