As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive Sales & Admin Assistant to support our sales and administrative operations. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Job Summary:
The Part-Time Sales & Admin Assistant will support our sales team with administrative tasks, customer service, and sales coordination. You will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information on products and services.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
• Support the sales team in tracking leads, managing follow-ups, and coordinating customer orders.
• Maintain product and price lists and keep the sales team updated on new inventory and promotions.
• Prepare product specification sheets to be provided to IDs, architects and main cons., etc

Administrative Duties

• Handle daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
• Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels, placing orders, and organizing products.
• Coordinate showroom appointments and help manage showroom displays.
• Support general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, price label preparations and office supply orders.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administration is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the audio-visual or consumer electronics industry is a plus

Working Hours:

• 16-24 hours a week
• Flexible hours available

-Basic Salary: $2500-$3000

Key Responsibilities:

· Assisting consultants to provide great sales support for their own pool of clients & schedule in-person sessions for them.

· Ensuring the client database is accurately updated so that different categories of clients can be identified more efficiently.

· Support back-end operations such as submission of business & reimbursement policy forms with great efficiency.

· Writing an essay report on current financial trends (if required).

Requirements:

· Min. A’ Level / Diploma with a local polytechnic institute in any field will be an added advantage

· Candidates that are looking for a jump-start to the Finance industry are welcome.

· Able to work on weekends and Public Holiday
