• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all market segments, including corporate, group, and MICE, etc
• Foster and sustain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and secure long-term opportunities.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities to drive occupancy and revenue
• Lead and monitor the sales team to ensure they achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Manage the hotel’s online presence, including website, social media platforms, and third-party booking sites.
• Collaborate closely with the revenue team to create pricing strategies that maximise profitability and market competitiveness
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare and manage the sales & marketing budget, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s overall financial goals.
• Work with other departments including operations and food & beverage, to deliver a seamless and cohesive guest experience.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales & Marketing team to enhance performance and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Preferably a degree of Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions based on market insights.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, distribution channels, and revenue management principles

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Follow up with the operations supervisor to ensure smooth project execution.
• Marketing: Create, edit, and post engaging TikTok videos to enhance brand presence.
• Documentation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and update inventory records for efficient stock management.
• Presentations: Develop compelling PowerPoint slides for client presentations and internal meetings.
• Customer Service Reports: Draft detailed reports to document customer interactions and resolutions.
• Record Maintenance: Update and maintain historical project records for future reference.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with video editing tools and social media platforms, especially TikTok.

Responsibilities:

• Market development for stainless steel, wear plate, high strength steel and silicon steel
• Follow up with the clients for sales
• Offer/negotiate sales price with clients
• Follow up with clients for quotations, offers to achieve orders
• Coordination with purchase department
• Monitoring the market updates and update to the management team
• Generate monthly sales reports
• Coordination with operations team and follow up with production status to make sure cargo is produce and ship on time
• Other ad-hoc matters required for the position

Requirements:

• Diploma qualification in related field.
• Experience in steel industries, experience in stainless steel, specialized in steel is preferred.
• Communication in English & Chinese is essential
