• Hold regular performance and planning reviews with channel partners.
• Working closely with Head of Sales on sales activity and be part of Leica Camera events.
• Provide input to the Channel Marketing activities and in-store programs.
• Constantly providing constructive feedback to the management on various aspects.
• Understand the market and business on a deep level, spending time in doors and sharing insights to management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

• Responsible for defining, managing, and executing the short-term and long-term Asia Pacific region territory plans to maximize sales for Cloudsway in APAC.
• Manage a team of Sales Managers based in various territories around APAC. This leadership role will be key in driving the company's overall growth and revenue in the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science, information technology, or related fields, with at least 3 years of relevant industry sales management experience preferred.
• Sales growth-oriented leader who drives rapid change and growth
• Proficient in cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and other related fields of expertise and experience.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills (bilingual); a highly effective influencer.
• Travel requirements > 60%
