Responsible for site M&E operation.

• Responsible for delivery of hard-services in accordance with Client Management SLA
• The point of contact for technical issue for all Hard-services at the site.
• Liaising with vendors on timely submission of invoices and/or required corrections
• Track M&E preventive maintenance program accordance to 52-week schedule.
• Responsible for smooth operations of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil works pertaining to the site facilities. Also includes Audio Visual, Fire
• Protection System, Passenger Lifts, Overhead Cranes, Gym Equipment, Fire Certificate Renewal and Bicycle Servicing.
• Manage the M&E scope of the adhoc works including handyman works to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time.
• 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance as required
• Conduct regular site inspection and provide solution through adhoc works and minor projects.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors and ensure the completion of all adhoc works and minor projects.
• Ensure all M&E works are compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards.
• Maintain register of all call outs and support the site to prepare incident reports.
• To cover other sites if there is an absence in FC.
• Perform spare management by ordering and receiving and take stock as required.
• Permit Requestor for all Hard Services works (PM & Ad hoc)

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Facilities professional experience
• Strong Facilities Technical (Mechanical and Electrical) knowledge and experience;
• Able to handle manual duties and perform regular facilities inspections;
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure;
• Knowledge and experience in computer systems, including Microsoft Windows and Office operating systems;

6. Carry out daily joint WSHE inspection together with sub-contractor’s WSH Coordinator/ Supervisor and timely rectify any unsafe acts or conditions;
7. Maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures, accidents and related events;

- Assist in ensuring proper execution, quality upkeeping and maintenance of general building facilities relating to building services.

- Attached to maintenance work team and understand all the maintenance and A&A work processes.

- Ensure proper servicing reports submitted accordingly (with before and after photos).

- Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

- Ensure all the maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with relevant authorities.

- Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and repair of pump systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of maintenance procedures, manuals, and compliance records.

- Assist the FM manager in administration support and some marketing strategy and marketing materials.

- Assist the FM manager to promote the M&E services that we can provide to MCST.

- Coordinate all the FM projects in future.

- Any other ad-hoc duties are required to be carried out.

The Architectural Coordinator act as the Coordinator of the site design team and is responsible for leading a team of architectural draftsperson. This role will liaise closely with the Structural and M&E Coordinators to ensure buildable shop drawings are issued timely to the project site team.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Ensure drawings produced by drafting team and sub-contractors are accurate and timely in alignment with the Project Master Program.
• Identify shop drawings discrepancies, buildability and impact on different disciplines.
• Relate design intent from architect / design consultant to buildable construction shop drawing.
• Ensure design intent on critical dimensions are highlighted; details are workable and coordinated with other trades.
• Liaise with architect, design consultant and sub-contractors on design intent and technical issues.
• Coordinate between architectural team and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction drawings.
• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Architectural or relevant study
• Minimum 3 years of working experience under relevant industry

Technical Competencies

• Coordination and identify areas of concerns with design intent
• Understanding of structural / M&E drawings
• Able to communicate with consultants in clear hand sketches drawing
• Awareness of requirements of relevant authorities (ie.BCA, SCDF, LTA)
• Awareness of contractual obligations / rights

Element has an opportunity for a Project Coordinator. The primary function of the Project Coordinator is to schedule and plan inspection and testing activities.

Job Duties:

• Liaise with customers, Authorised Examiner (AE) and third party logistics for the scheduling and planning of inspecting and testing activities
• Coordinate with test centre to ensure customers equipment are tested and inspected on time
• Update test equipment database, prepare test certificates & report as well as follow up with AE on test certifcates
• Prepare safety documents for site activities and attend site briefing and safety induction course when required
• Responsible for equipment return and test certificates issuance to customers

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechnical Engineering or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environement
• Good time management and able to work under pressure to meet deadline
