Regional Leadership and Market Development

• Lead and oversee sales operations in the Singapore office and manage regional sales activities in Malaysia and Indonesia. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., project, engineering, product management) to align offerings with regional needs and promote customized power solutions.

Client Relationship Management

Guide clients through the complexities of infrastructure design, installation, and maintenance, positioning the company as a trusted advisor for sustainable power protection solutions. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify additional needs and foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in electrical equipment & power solutions sales in data centres will be highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L within regional sales operations.
