☑ Salary up to $4,000

Accounts Executive (reference only):

• Involve in monthly closing including AR function & AP function.
• Perform AP duties which includes payment processing (Manual, GIRO and System), and
  ensure proper supporting documents for approval of payments.
• Perform payment duties for posting/checking of coding for expenses and payment in SAP.

Senior Accounts Executive (reference only):

• Handle full set of account (GL function, AP and AR Function and month end closing).
• Prepare Monthly Financial Reports and Cash Flow Management.
• Prepare the Monthly Forecast Reports.
• Must know SAP

We are looking for an Accounts Executive (AP) to join our organization, Manpower Singapore.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Manages day to day accounts payable transactions
• Handle suppliers’ payment
• Tracking of projects’ expenses and allocation to respective cost centers and entities
• Maintenance of FA Register
• Prepare TT for local and overseas payment
• Prepare cash book and bank reconciliation (SGD, USD)
• Responsible for collection of invoices and other receivables
• Assist Senior Finance Manager with month end closing and ensuring transactions are entered correctly
• Assist on ad-hoc projects as required

Job Requirement:

• Possess Diploma in Accounting/Finance from a recognized tertiary institution
• ACCPAC accounting skills is a must
• Have at least 2 years of relevant experience; preferably in the service industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Provide administrative support to sales department

Handle purchasing and liaise with customers

Process delivery orders / invoices and other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

ITE to diploma holders

Fresh is ok to apply can on the job training will be provided

The products you handle include commercial refrigerators, fryers, heating equipment, and other kitchen equipment in general.

Follow-up of existing clients (80%) and

New business development.

For the first 1-2 years, only be following up with existing clients.

Requirements:

Sales experience in F&B industry at least 5 years

Responsibilities

General Administration & Payroll Management

• Typing of Letter of Appointment and other personnel letters for assigned projects/divisions

• Updating of employee data in the system

• Maintaining of electronic personnel files to ensure employment contracts and related documents are in place.

• Handling bi-monthly payroll for assigned projects/divisions

• Prepare payroll costing for assigned projects/divisions

• Collecting, opening and disseminating of mails

• Source and arrange for adhoc training courses

• Application of training grants

• Handling of foreign work pass employment related matters

• Updating of accommodation related matters

• Updating of foreign worker’s accommodation into OFWAS portal

• Provide support for answering of incoming phone calls and enquiries

• Any adhoc HR duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Administrative or similar

• Minimum 2 years of experience in related functions

• Good communication skills (written and oral)

• Pro-active manner, willing to offer new suggestions and share

• Knowledge of Foreign Manpower Act

• Familiar with work pass regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel with an eye for details
