Sales Admin job has three parts. You'll be working in an open office in the bakery.

1. Greet walk-in guest when server is busy or not available.

2. Office work, take call in orders, WhatsApp order, generate invoice and schedule work in kitchen scheduling software. Coordinate with delivery partners. Check outgoing orders from the kitchen for accuracy.

3. On quiet time, perform sales calls for potential customers.

• Provide support to conceptualize, develop and execute integrated marketing communications plan, promotional-related activities to help achieve business objectives.
• Assist in updating and creation of content to increase brand outreach and consumer awareness through internal and external channels.
• Identify and collaborate with KOLs / partnerships that drive brand awareness and conversions.
• Assist in executing membership marketing (CRM) activities for growth and retention.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in Furniture or office interior or construction industries.
• Keen interest in Interior/Furniture Design
• Proficient in MS office
• Able to work on weekends at site when required

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels.
• A responsible team player with integrity, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
