Responsible for a variety of book-keeping duties, such as checking of invoices, sending invoices for approval, posting of invoices to Accpac system, and timely payment of all hotel invoices and disbursements, month end journal posting, and maintain proper files for accounts payable section, and assists in auditing.

Primary Responsibilities:

You will resolve operational challenges at the DC, ensuring delivery of consistently high service standards to patients. Guide a group of Senior Officer/Officer (Deputy Executive) and monitor their performance of their assigned responsibilities.

Managing of Operational Related Matters

• Conduct periodical reviews of the general operation, identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop / implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provide general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
