Compliance Executive (Corporate Legal) - ISO / Internal Audit

• Penjuru (Transport Pickup Provided at: Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Bishan & Serangoon)
• Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
• $3,000 - $6,000

Responsibilities:

• Develop and review company policies.
• Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations.
• Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
• Documents drafting, including letter or email.
• Support projects and co-ordinate company activities as assigned.
• Maintain proper and timely filing system, both in shared folder and hardcopy.
• Liaise with Directors of the Group, and other department personnels on compliance related matters.
• Assist to carry out regular internal audits for ISO [9001:2015 / 14001:2015 / 45001: 2018] certifications.
• Provide regular updates for all ISO documents.
• Attend ISO/Fire Safety/Other Audits independently.
• Assist to prepare trademark registration/renewal related documents.
• Co-ordinate and conduct meetings, briefings, or trainings to staffs as and when needed.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• Possess at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Advantageous for candidate who has relevant experience and or knowledge in ISO.

After Sales & Service Maintenance Manager
Salary: $4000 - $4500 + AWS + PB
Location: Jalan Pemimpin (Bishan / Marymount MRT)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm, Alt Sat 9am- 12pm

Job Descriptions:

• To lead the maintenance department to provide good after sales service to all our clients in terms of service breakdown call, routine maintenance as well as spare parts replacement.
• Monitor the after sales team to propose new maintenance contracts or maintain existing ones by following up closely with clients including spare parts replacement.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in same or similar field for minimum 1-2 years
