As Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the Sales Enablement function by supercharging the success of our sales teams, equipping them with the tools, resources and knowledge to exceed our goals. Your Mission: 

• Define the key issues that exist within the region in relation to the servicing of cross-border payments for consumers, small to medium businesses and large platform enterprises . • Develop and maintain a target list of accounts that fit with our GTM approach in the region and our overall Wise Platform strategy, sharing and refining with the regional lead as appropriate.
• Work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop a comprehensive commercial playbook that will enable an efficient and transferable launch into a new market or new product.
