Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Infectious Diseases, Emergency Management, Community Resilience), fresh graduates are welcome
● Some knowledge and understanding of disease prevention, surveillance outbreaks and/or health policy is preferred.
● Demonstrated some experience in organising and managing events and training.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare full sets of accounts for internal accounting function
• Prepare Variance Analysis, Accrual & Journal
• Support in preparing weekly / monthly reports quarterly, and Year-end closing of account
• Assist in preparation of financial reports
• Review of billings, payment & staff claim prepared by employees
• Assist in GST Filing and Tax submission
• Provide timely support in budget and forecast
• Ensure compliance with statutory and accounting requirements
• Inter Company reconciliation
• In charge of Inventory review/Stock count
• Overseeing company accounts, all financial activities and operations to improve company financial performances
• Ensure proper internal controls are in place and perform periodic review on the controls, working closely with other functional departments in the process of improving controls

Requirements:
