Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the planning and implementation of new product launch’s activities
• Liaise and negotiate with supermarkets for product's display space and rental during promotion periods
• Improve visual merchandising of products
• Build and strengthen the relationships with buyers, outlets’ personnel and relevant parties to ensure smooth operations e.g. stock ordering, replenishment, etc
• Lead, supervise and manage merchandising team to ensure the effectiveness of works
• Anticipating key account changes and improvements
• Working with team members from other departments dedicated to the same account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs are met
• To assist and resolve any enquiries/issues/complaints arising from the outlets & internal merchandisers
• To perform any duties as and when assigned

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Business/Marketing/relevant field
• Experience in sales, FMCG industry, management, key account management, or relevant experience
• Experience in Modern Trade (Supermarkets)
• Able to build relationship with buyers
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
• Pick up from Jurong East MRT

Sales Executive

• Industry: FMCG

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers while seeking out new clients.
• Deliver excellent customer service and consistently meet sales targets.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts and achieve set goals.
• Provide weekly reports on sales appointments.
• Analyze market trends and understand customer needs to stay competitive.
• Build strong connections as a representative of the company.
• Work collaboratively as a team player, managing assigned accounts responsibly.
• Handle credit control and ensure timely payment collection from customers.
• Maintain and take responsibility for the company-assigned vehicle.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Class 3 OR Class 3A driving license

• Negotiate terms with clients, ensuring contracts are aligned with company and client requirements while adhering to updated marine laws and conditions.
• Ensure that all vessel information, quotes, and sales data are accurately recorded and stored digitally, maintaining a detailed database.
• Manage post-sales activities such as follow-ups, client support, and payment collection.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or Business Administration.
• Certifications in marine operations or sales management are a plus.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in marine dredging, construction, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support.
• Skilled in sourcing vessel details and cost estimation in the marine industry.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events; having own transportation is an advantage.
• A strong network within the marine industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing projects independently.
