Our client is a MNC in the life science industry, one of the leading players in this sector. Due to business needs, they are currently recruiting a Logistics Executive to join their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West.

Job responsibilities:

• Create shipping documents like invoices and packing lists and coordinate with Export Sales and distributors in specified countries.
• Manage SAP stock checks upon receipt of orders, prepare shipping paperwork, and oversee timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders for booking shipments and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Facilitate stock release with the warehouse and maintain an organized documentation filing system.
• Maintain accurate records of export transactions, handle bank document submissions, and perform additional delegated tasks.

Requirements:

• Possess basic knowledge of handling export shipments and familiarity with SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Support the Financial Services operational team
Collate all operational documentation for the business unit.
Ensure operational documentation are updated
Provide regular reports to the team

Process loan disbursement and perform data entry
Check and verify loan documents before payment
Perform transfer of vehicle ownership
Manage and attend to e-mails from business associates as well as internal staff

Requirements

Relevant work experience (auto loan/hire purchase)
At least GCE O level
Proficient in MS Office
Meticulous and organized
Able to multi-task and work independently without much supervision
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive with positive attitude
