RESPONSIBILITIES

Public Awareness & Marketing Communications

• Manage the website and social media platforms. Track, analyse and generate reports, propose, implement and execute ideas and strategies
• Strategize and effectively execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across PR and social media, digital marketing, and event management, helping to increase brand awareness, generate leads, raise sponsorship and build community engagement. You will provide marketing direction and ideas for campaigns
• Manage media relations and PR efforts to drive awareness and educate the public about childhood cancer, journey of the caregiver, narrate LOVE, NILS Ltd impact, inspire action and garner stakeholder and public support
• Strategise awareness and promotion of our fundraising campaigns and crowdfunding platforms to target audiences and hit fundraising targets
• Work with creative and media agencies, branding consultants and event management partners for LOVE, NILS projects
• Prepare speeches, press statements and handle media engagements
• Monitor and analyse efficacy outcomes of awareness, marketing, communications efforts through monthly reports and Google Analytics & Social Media Analytics
• Work with the relevant divisions to execute all visual aspects of marketing and branding initiatives for the charity. This will involve working with service providers and various divisions in creating and designing various assets, not limited to, infographics, social media posts, display banners, email, print collateral, posters, reports, presentations, and various web-based elements
• Collaborate on content with the Programmes, Community Engagement and Fundraising departments
• Create designs for all materials, serving as a support to the entire organisation and helping create resources necessary for effective partner, donor, beneficiary and community engagement
• Work with the team to plan, create and organise social content and posting across all channels

Branding

• Custodian of the LOVE, NILS brand identity and application guidelines across all marketing and partnership collaterals and media usage
• Manage a depository of all visual collaterals and working files
• Manage production of LOVE, NILS Ltd corporate video, Annual Report, e-newsletters, collaterals, visuals, website content and update

Outreach Education

• Develop outreach awareness plan through public education, awareness talks, webinars and community fairs
• Prepare outreach education materials for talks and presentations

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 2+ years experience in digital marketing
• Skilled in Google Analytics and Social Media Analytics
• Highly resourceful with strong interpersonal and communications skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
• Strong sense of ownership and target driven with a keen sense of innovation
• Flexible to work occasional weekends and evenings (time off in lieu will be given)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Assist in scheduling of workshop appointments by coordinating and liaising with customers
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries and follow up with existing customer cases
• Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills Required

• Minimum O/N level holder
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer facing role
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems

Responsibilities

• Provide receptionist duties at front counter
• Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
• Able to apply basic patient care
• Maintain filling system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
• Liaise with various insurance company and make payment arrangement
• Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor

• Min Diploma in any discipline

Purpose and Scope

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the depot operational matters including daily deployment of drivers and route planning.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily planning of routes for the day and night.
• Oversee the daily deployment of forklift and hook lift prime mover drivers.
• Visit sites and respond to client and public complaints.
• Investigate accidents, record accidents, and handle any other relevant matters.
• Conduct toolbox briefings; verify that all vehicles are in good operating order before deployment.
• Check that open-top containers are in good working order and have them inspected before the SAC date expires
• Keep an eye on drivers' attendance and discipline, and compile and monitor tonnages and trip counts.
• Conducting route audits and reporting excessive waste.
• Monitoring the movement and routes of drivers and vehicles.
• Assist in managing consumer relationships.
• Oversee customer orders and close them once completed.
• Report and follow-up with clients.
• Coordinate logistics for special projects.
• Collaborate with HSE Team to maintain depot safety and movement.
• Collaborate with Fleet Management on vehicle planning and inspection.
• Maintain corporate assets, such as vehicles, cash cards, first aid kits, and spill kits.
• Provide covering for drivers and crews during shortages
• Cross-trained to assist with coverage in other departments.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Completed GCE O level / Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years’experience in Logistics / Operations Management
• Preferably with own transport
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Preferably with Class4 license
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to stay communicated after office hours for replying clients request and
• deployment of drivers when need.
