As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their online orders. You will need to have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide solutions to customer inquiries in a timely manner. In this role, you will also need to be able to navigate various ecommerce platforms and work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues via chat system.
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns/refund/exchange.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as shipping, billing &etc, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to senior representatives or supervisors.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide excellent customer service.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
• Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder or (No qualification candidate who had at least 2 years working expirence with E-COMMERCE )
• Prior Ecommerce Customer Service experience
• Excellent phone/email communication skills
• Ability to handle high volume customer interactions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Detail-oriented and accurate data entry
• Experience with CRM and ticketing systems
• Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms and order workflows
• Able to work in a fast-changing environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate the overall sales activities, and collect intelligence from the market and trade.
• Coordinate and communicate the company’s sales activities to the corporates, trade and general customers.
• Keep abreast of distribution strategy in order to best serve our customers on the most adequate channel;
• Portfolio management of the assigned accounts;
• Preparation of materials which should be communicated to the customers (eg: sales related figures etc) upon visits/calls;
• Promoting the company’s product related to passenger sales to　potential clients, companies and trade.
• Plan and execute the sales promotion activities to enhance sales;
• Any other duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Preferably with experience in the Travel or Airline industry but training will be provided
• Market, product and pricing knowhow
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• High level of Japanese communication skills (JPLT N1 or equivalent) required to facilitate communication with the Japanese customers and Head office in Japan.
• Enthusiastic with a drive for excellence
• Participation in sales and trade events
• Understanding of company’s brand, service & philosophy
• Able to communicate positively not only with sales team but also with other section members

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare audit and investigation reports of findings and observations that identify, in detail, areas of non-compliance and risk areas for non-compliance
• Document all compliance activities in the prescribed checklists and databases in accordance with company policies and/or workflows
• Conduct timely follow-up with clients and close the audit.

· Having experience in sunning social network account or media platform (eg. Xiao Hongshu, WeChat channel/official account, Weibo, Instagram etc)

· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Power Point, photo and/or video editing apps

· Having Singapore primary and/or secondary education experience

· Proficient in English and Chinese reading and writing

· Understand Chinese culture, Chinese clients’ preference, and Chinese students’ needs
