Job Description & Requirements

This role offers an opportunity to build a strong foundation and your experience in accounting, tax, HR and financial management. You will form part of a team providing accounting and financial advisory support to a variety of international businesses and wide range of industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily accounting tasks for in-house accounts.
• Check and process employee reimbursement claims.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.
• Prepare monthly meal, entertainment, transportation, and travel report to Management.
• Prepare unaudited financial statements under SFRS and international GAAP.
• Perform monthly payroll processing, which includes monthly payroll, social security administration, statutory filing, year-end adjustments and filing employment income.
• Prepare tax return
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting or relevant discipline or ACCA with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Strong bookkeeping skills.
• Excellent understanding of Finance processes and practices.
• Tech Savvy; you will be required to use Microsoft Excel and other accounting systems.
• Team player with good communication, interpersonal and client servicing skills.
• Driven and proactive individuals.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Candidate with experience working in a firm providing outsourced accounting services will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

Job Description:

• Manage the MD’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Monitor and prioritise emails, drafting responses or redirecting as necessary.
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
• Advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up with action on matters which fall within the MD and Senior Executive Assistant’s responsibility.

  Organise and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring that documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
• Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Assist the MD and Senior Executive Assistant in tracking and monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information, compile data, and facilitate project progress.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives or managers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
